Processing Time All orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship to all states and territories across Australia. $9.99 standard shipping is available on all orders.

International Shipping We currently do ship internationally. We ship to all countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via the Shop App if used.

Damaged or Lost Packages Timeless is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at timelessgoods18@gmail.com within 10 business days of delivery with photos of the damage.
